ORDERING, RETURNS, EXCHANGE POLICY:
After purchasing your product make sure that you inspect the hair for accuracy. If you are unhappy with your product you have 3 days from the time you receive it to send it back for exchange or store credit only. Natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. You can find a recommended care instructions on the pamphlet included with your order. Due to the virgin hair unprocessed quality no bundles will have the exact same texture or color. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final: your product can be exchanged only if it is still under warranty. We will not accept hair if alterations or changes have been made. The hair must be in the original state it was sent in. All original bands and tags still in place or your exchange will be refused. Please contact customer service before sending items back for return. Please include original invoice with your returned item. Write your issue on the invoice so we can resolve your issue. You must add signature requirement to anything being sent back to the 'Alonzo Arnold' and 'HYPE Hair' brands. You may not curl, braid, spray, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or treat the hair in any way or your product will be void under warranty. You are responsible for shipping back to our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused acceptable condition we will exchange the product or issue a store credit. There are no exchange, refunds or returns on any custom ordered products. Any item returned is susceptible to a $45 restocking fee. the 'Alonzo Arnold' and 'HYPE Hair' brands reserves the right to cancel any orders with out notice. All in store purchases are final and can not be exchanged or refunded.
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK POLICY:
The 'Alonzo Arnold' and 'HYPE Hair' brands does not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
The charge that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “HYPE HAIR ” or “HYPE HAIR BY ALONZO ARNOLD.” If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.
FRAUDULENT CHARGES - STOLEN CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent charge, please cancel your credit card and fax a copy of your filed police report.
The 'Alonzo Arnold' and 'HYPE Hair' brands (d.b.a. www.iamalonzoarnold.com and shop.iamalonzoarnold.com) considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to notify us by phone that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter. All frivolous chargeback’s not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money. The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Customers who file chargeback’s will not be able to use credit cards for future purchases.
