Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).

(2) EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY The Eminence Hair Collection offers 1-2 day shipping for $25.00. This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.

International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 7-9 working days.
